Meet the team

Gabrielle is a Policy Fellow at SaverLife, where she supports the Research and Policy team in shaping the organization’s policy agenda at the intersection of economic justice and research. Her work includes tracking legislation, analyzing policy developments, and supporting advocacy efforts that elevate the voices and experiences of SaverLife’s members.

Gabrielle has carved out a career that reflects her commitment to developing forward-looking policy strategies and reducing barriers to effective implementation. Prior to joining SaverLife, she conducted policy research at Apple, advocated for policies that support low-to-moderate income clients at Maryland Legal Aid, and shaped legislative strategies on behalf of New Jersey residents in the U.S. Senate. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Policy and Public Administration at The George Washington University, where her research explores cutting-edge policy issues on digital equity and the governance of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and social media platforms.

Gabrielle brings a combination of legal acumen, business strategy, and policy expertise to her work. She holds a JD and an MBA from North Carolina Central University, as well as a BA in Political Science from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania. Originally from New Jersey, Gabrielle currently resides in DC and enjoys volunteering in the community, taking long walks to the national monuments, reading in serene environments, and crafting flower bouquets. She also remains active in several university-based organizations engaged in policy-focused work.
