Ashley Thompson serves as the Communications Coordinator at SaverLife, where she supports cross-departmental communications efforts through content creation, email messaging, website management, and event coordination. With a background in writing and editing for global social impact organizations, Ashley excels at producing accessible and engaging content for diverse audiences while fostering cross-cultural collaboration.
Throughout Ashley’s career, she has used her passion for storytelling and communications to drive impact at mission-driven organizations. Before SaverLife, Ashley worked as a Senior Communications Associate at the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) Foundation, where she transformed complex scientific materials into reports, blog posts, social media posts, and newsletters that promoted sustainable practices in the fashion industry. At the European Cultural Foundation (ECF), she honed her commitment to creating dynamic content, increasing brand visibility, and audience engagement across Europe.
Ashley studied Media and Communications at Stetson University and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Creative Writing at the University of Oxford. Outside of work, you can find her writing for literary magazines, reading across genres, writing book reviews for the Chicago Review of Books, and serving as a board member at StoryStudio.
