I finally got fed up and contacted them again and got a very nice note about how they were working on it. They explained why some of my points weren't showing up yet and how they would show up eventually. So I guess I'll hang in for a while more. But I'm not holding my breath.

Gift cards would be great, especially for stores like Walmart and Amazon! Or discounts to stores.
