I was excited about this stimulus benefit coming from the government. I had so many ideas what I wanted to do. I figured I could pay my bills and still save a few bucks. Well I was wrong. Turns out by paying my bills they doubled up on me. I didn't realize my bill cycle had come already. Now I'm bummed that I'm right where I started.

you need to evaluate your spending to see where you can cut back or increase your income with a higher paying job or an additional job.
@Antonella D. At least you're not as far behind as you would have been without the stimulus.
@Tiffany C. If you're struggling, many states have programs that will cover medical costs and provide supplemental food for expectant mothers. My state calls it WIC.

How are you guys getting money saved during pandemic, did you drop some bills that weren’t necessary to be able to do more. I need some advice.
My thoughts! How do i suppose to save when I’m living pay check to pay check
I found a few ways to save money. One tip I found online was to save the water that usually goes down the drain while waiting for the water to warm up (when doing dishes etc). I have been using that water to use for watering plants, watering my garden, or rinsing utensils. It saves water and my water bill went down!
Also we have been planning meals from leftovers. For example, I will make sloppy joes and then use the leftover meat to make spaghetti the next night.
We have been saving gas by combining trips to town like doing shopping when we are in town for a doctor or lab visit.

The only thing I'd to save $40 was to call around to get better deals for credit card and lower my monthly bills cost.
