If you buy a coffee every day on your way to work, skip a day, this kind of saving will add up quickly, before you know it.

Save by not spending.
Create a budget which enables you to stick to Saving.
Saving more helps your budget.
Yes
SAVINGS is the way to go.
If you're talking the curtailing of fast food as a way to save perhaps limit your indulgence to a perks day.
For example sometimes Dunkin has free coffee day. Right now they have free donut Wednesdays with a purchase. Plus there are many ways of earning eGift cards from Dunkin, Starbucks, Krispy Kreme and others.
I agree with the coffee spending! Make it at home
I save by having a take out dinner at home. One example:
Buy rotisserie chicken, frozen mashed potatoes, veggie, a jar of gravy. Instant dinner at half the cost of take out.
Coupons help with saving cash.
I try to use coupons.
When I think I want to purchase something, especially something $100 or more, I make myself wait at least a week. I comparison shop during that week and a lot of the time I find that I have talked myself out of the purchase or at least delayed it for a couple of more weeks than if I had not made myself wait.

That's a good way to go about spending! Delay, that way you're not so impulsive, then, if you really do still want the item, you have waited and it's saving you money if you have more income coming in that next week. I like the psychology involved there.
i dont care for this i contact cust support and they are no help

Now if I can make it happen

I use Home Chef for meal preparation and recently skipped 3 weeks of deliveries. It was helpful from a savings standpoint.
Good idea.
