There have been several class action investigations against them, mostly due to trade restrictions and selling people's shares without their knowledge.
I came across a better platform that I like A LOT better. It's more put together, is a highly rated company, and seems to have a lot of good reviews overall. Check them out! They also allow most penny stocks to be traded, which Robinhood does not.

Firstrade, dough, moomoo, sofi, webull, public, m1, tastyworks, tradeup…tons of options available.
I'm starting to think SaverLife should consider again their policy on referral links.
So far I've been very happy with Stash.
I only know a little about Robinhood but I did glance an article that said while they don't charge fees as such in the end you wind up paying more on trades than you would via commissions.
OTOH if I were buying full shares of stocks & ETFs TDameritrade doesn't charge commissions.
What is the policy on referral links? Is it a no-no? I've posted a couple before. I guess I'll stop and go read the rules again. Oops.
I never got involved in this fiasco.
Does anyone know if Acorn is a good platform for investing on a small budget?
I use Acorns and Stash for investing on a small budget.
