How can you get A good nights sleep without those medicating or forcing yourself to drain your energy throughout the day having four kids is exhausting at the same time it is in extreme privilege especially to those who cannot have children of their own so there’s never a doll moment in my household yet seeing that I have teenagers in the foyer all the balance is kind of off my body goes into auto pilot sometimes yet when it’s time to actually go to sleep I can’t seem to find that $@!#% down relax button I’ve tried calm music classical jazz even try to reading boring books and watching shows that I’m not interested in or putting them on mute I guess that I need to try something new that anyone have any suggestions??

I take a supplement called sleep fairy that helps me. You can find it on amazon.

I don't know if this would be helpful or not, but I am very thankful that I can sleep fairly easily, so maybe I'm probably not as knowledgeable about not being able to sleep. But, I believe, since I've been able to do this for as far as I can remember, so to me, this has become "easy", but what I normally do is lay down in bed, close my eyes and literally think of nothing at all, then I just naturally fall asleep. I think the key may be to not be thinking about anything, like what happened during the day or what's going to be happening in the future. There are literally no thoughts going on in my head when I lay down.

But, then again, this is coming from a guy that's never haven't had any sleep issues, so take this with a grain of salt.

I've had trouble sleeping since my oldest daughter was born. I'm so sleep deprived I can barely function and make it through the day. I wake up with no energy and no will to do anything, but I force myself to do stuff. I take sleeping pills sometimes and some nights I just pass out from exhaustion. I know I can't keep going like this, somethings got to give sooner or later.
