It says I earned points but then it says I have 0 points? I'm confused

I am having trouble with the points being added for me saving. Support says its because of my bank. Someone how SaverLife keeps having an updated bank balance but won't update my points in the challenge. Don't understand.

It takes a few days for my bank balance to update to the actual value.

I emailed support about it and they said that tech was working on it. So I am assuming its a common problem and they are trying to fix it. Its been weeks for me too. Unfortunately I don't think there's an ETA on when it will be fixed, but at least I am still able to earn points even if I can't spend them.

Log out, then log back in. This has worked for me. It seems like this has just started to happen to all of us.
