I'm experiencing the same problem and it feels deceptive. It makes me feel like SaverLife is not a legitimate operation, especially when so many people are facing delays with the payout. The Member Support Team told me that I provided the wrong account information. If that is the case, how is SaverLife tracking my balance and weekly deposits?! This is not an honest response and it has me worried. As a financial educator who is interested in promoting SaverLife to individuals that I train and coach, I do not feel that I can in good conscience recommend this platform. It is so disappointing because I think the concept is quite good.

I have received my scratch off winnings within 2 or 3 days of winning. I have one savings challenge that says the payout is not until August, but it is very clearly stated. So far I have had no issues with this. The site was glitchy at first, but the past month seems to be much better. I think they are actively working through the issues and it is a great program if you have the patience.
