Trouble getting points

I’ve had trouble receiving any points. Does it just take time to show up?

Sometimes the points don't post but try reaching out to customer support so that they can check into it for you. I have been having trouble for a while now.

Yes, this site is extremely glitchy when it comes to earning points. I find that I receive my points the easiest in the evenings right before bed.

I was told I got an extra 1500, and they aren't there haha

Me too I was told 750 and they are not there

I just got an extra bunch of points… I have lost 250 pts multiple times, then had my linked acct dropped - have they fixed the issues or just trying to make us feel good, sorta over the roller coaster of will I get points or not, will I lose them all, or wham will they just give me a bunch to put a smile on my face.

Agreed, it is glitchy. I haven't been able to identify a pattern. Maybe it's different on a computer vs mobile?

I still can't get past the first question on personality quiz.

I have figured out that you only get 15 points A DAY for posting in the message boards. You can post as much as you want to, but it's only going to give you 15 points a day. I hope this helps everyone. Also, I have already emailed support about the fact that if you try to take the personality quiz, it won't let you get past the very first question. Support said that they're aware of it and are working on getting it fixed.

I just sent them a email about not receiving the 750 they said they were giving me lets see how it goes

I can't take quiz or survey and it doesn't give me my point when I post

They really need to get consistency with their point system. Does not work properly.

I read many articles and don't see the points added to my account. Is there some place I need to click after I read the article that O should click?

Make sure you go ALL the way down to the very bottom of the page . However, you still may not always get points for reading an article, or they may appear a few days later. There's no rhyme or reason.

@Ann J. There needs to be rhyme or reason. People join this site to earn points. The success of this site (and donations from large corporations to fund grants) depend on the site working as advertised…as well as people reading and contributing. I don't understand why people post to virtually shrug their shoulders and say "you may get the points as advertised…or NOT."

Overwhelmingly, people are posting to this section (and other places on the forum) to express that they are spending their time and doing tasks as described, but feel as if the points aren't being credited. That is bad policy and no one else should try to explain "what the point" is for ANYONE to be here.

In order to get a random draw at $5, people here are doing what the site says they have to in order to earn points. The system should be clear and credited transparently.

It would be terrible if the site owner were so dismissive…but it's still condescending for a fellow contributor to post this nonsense on every thread. With the current economy, some folks actually do NEED five dollars. They invest time in following the site instructions on how to earn points and it's ridiculous that any one contributor thinks they speak for the site owners in giving others the site mission on "the point" of the site.
