I have no idea what to do here. I have so many issues and questions I dont even know where to begin. I think maybe I need to contact cust serv. My linked account balance is not even close to correct and has never been. It has only been a few weeks and i haven't paid much attention to this app until earlier today when someone mentioned how amazing it is and I remembered I had it. So maybe its my bad but regardless I would like to know why I am finding it completely useless and impossible to find value or even able to utilize the minimal options I do have. It is mot even correct if I take the week behind comment someone made in a diff forum into consideration. I am very new and it seems like all I can do is read articles and do budget entries. is there more to this? I linked my savings account like I said and I have about 700 points but it wont even let me take the quizzes under the earn points screen. It just takes me back to the top of the earn points screen. What exactly can or should I be able to do in this? So far it just takes up space on my phone. Someone please guide me to the usefulness of this? Please!!! I have heard such great things and the things I heard were things I need and want also. I am computer/ smartphone literate but not too up on smartphone trends. I can usually find my way through things or make a mistake that leads to the correct way or answer or even info or tool but this I have just sat here with a few things to look at going through the entire site and articles in about 30 minutes total. Someone please give me some guidance or direction or even validation that this is all there is.
