I need help, i received an email today from Saverlife asking me to contact my employer or my financial coach… This is the email i got.. Can someone please guide me on what to do…

Unfortunately, we were not able to match the contact information that you provided in your application with our records. If you were selected to be eligible for emergency response funds, you should have received an email from your employer or financial coach with instructions on how to apply.

You will need to verify your contact information in your submitted application with your employer or financial coach so that they can make the necessary updates on their end.

Sounds like you need to speak with your employer or coach and have them verify your info.
For my employer i would have to wait till Monday when we go back to work, but for my coach i don't have one… That's why i was a bit confused..

Me too! I am so crushed and upset. My family really needed this money. I am a student a year away from graduating with my Bachelor's Degree and have received zero help through this entire ordeal. The job that I lost at the end of March was just a babysitting job because it paid our bills and I could do my school work and do the babysitting job. I can't even receive food stamp benefits because I am a student! It feels like the system was not created for us to improve our lives. I do receive food stamps for my two kids but it is nowhere near enough. They are 14 and 16 and everyone knows how teenagers eat. We have been running out of food by the third week of the month. Whatever proof they need I do not mind getting but just need to know what proof they want. How do I verify my contact information and I have no financial coach either. Can someone that works at saver life please let me know what information and where to send it so they can save my life. I don't know what we are going to do. Thanks! Emily Hicks
