I know the feeling. My landlord is $@!#%. I've been asking her to fix things for 2 years and the property manager we had would always say pay rent and when I give it to her and she is in a good mood I'll ask her to fix it and I would pay and nothing would ever get done. Property manager ended up quitting cause the woman is so difficult and then the first month she was back on and came to get rent I showed her what needed to be done and she sent 2 gang banging guys to my home to fix 2 of the 1000 issues and they werent doing the job right and messing things up more and she got pissed at us saying we made them feel uncomfortable um ok when they ask my husband how to do something and he tells them why are you hear if you dint know how to do it cause were doing you guys a favor what? Your not doing us a favor maybe the landlord but that's doesnt have anything to do with us so then she retaliates and says she is selling home we have to get out lies to courts and says we have a month to month when we have 2 leases for a year a piece and lies to.courts so they tell me I have court duing covid over phone when I try to explain to judge what happened and what kind of person this lady is they tell me were not hear for that this court date is for a rent determination and well that's against the governors eviction ban they tell me I have to put 6500 into a court registry by noon the following day plus 105 for them to hold it to get a mediation and trial court date… sorry I vented alot and I'm talking to text cause I have my baby in my hand so punctuation is pretty much non existent but I wish you the best of luck… courts already signed and ordered a writ of possession on me even though it was against governors orders… so life just sucks right now. I was a stay at home mom with my kids since my daughter was born premature and had some developmental delays plus all school shut down for older kids and husband and I split up during covid so now my kids and I are trying to find somewhere to go counted kn having the 5000 the landlord has of ours for when we moved but because she is a dishonest scum bag we get screwed cause we cant afford a lawyer and we loose all of our money after renting for 2 years at 1300 a month and life just doesnt seem to be getting any better. I signed up for saverlife because I heard they were helping families I got given A survey one day and started it which asked if income had stopped during covid which it did and then my husband and I split up and then when I went to go to next question survey disappeared and never saw it again and I cant catch a break in life… either way again good luck hopefully my situation is worse than yours maybe make you feel a little better or not either way the best of luck to you.

I cant even find a decent place within my budget it's so hard right now I'm about to be out on the streets again except this time I have a daughter who will be 1 next month. Just another reason for me to stress on even harder and getting a job right now that will work with my daycare schedule and pay enough to be able to afford a studio
