Job still hasn't opened back up. So I am grateful for unemployment…
New "extra" federal funds for unemployment coming soon. $300 federal plus an "encouraged" $100 per state, if your state participates, which mine doesn't. I am in Ohio.
My Disability claim was put on hold due to Covid - I have not had earned income in the last 18 months - so I guess I don't qualify for any of the Unemployment options - or does anyone know differently ??

I’m going to have to research and find out about Ohio. I’m from Ohio as well.
It's crazy how at one point, people with no jobs were getting paid more then I do when my job is "essential". Feel like we should get hazard pay for having to go out during a pandemic..
Trust me for all of you thinking our extra 600 was us being lucky, think again. I would much rather have a reliable job you can’t imagine how tough it has been for everyone!
I would rather be fully employed than collecting a filing for unemployment.
It's really messed up how all these people fraudulently claimed unemployment and I worked my tail off for years and haven't gotten a single payment. Edd doesn't answer my emails. And there's nobody to complain to. This is a truly horrible situation.
I have never in my life filed unemployment - now that all these options are available - I don't qualify for any of them…when I have no other options…
