work off a small debt first - see dave ramsey advice
always continue making your payments, then make extra payments towards the smallest bill to pay it off then once that one is paid off then start making extra payments towards your next smallest bill and so on…….
Once in debt it's so hard to get out of it
I agree with the previous comment. It is difficult to get out of debt once already in it and hard to stay motivated when paying it off. I appreciate the SaverLife site as a resource and the community it offers. Knowing that I'm not alone and that others have been successful, encourages me to keep going.
Debt depresses me, sometimes it seems like it's never ending which is probably true
I'm debt free - worked two or three jobs at a time but it paid off
