I am a mom of 4, with 1 full-time job. We have been on state benefits and this blessing of a position puts my income above state limits. We will not receive any more assistance. How can we keep to DR plan & cover us with medical insurance?
I have been struggling with a similar situation. I am a mom of 6 with a shoestring budget. I reapplied for state healthcare through the market place and qualified for some financial assistance but I am still trying to navigate it also. Smh. The only advice I can offer is to reapply for assistance sometimes you qualify and they dont tell you smh and cut out any unnecessary items which you probably already have. I wish I could offer a better solution but that's how I've been scraping by.

I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. My husband lost his job and was paid cash so he doesn't qualify for any unemployment.
I make 2000.00 a month household of 4 my husband and I and 2 children over 18.
Our rent is 1400.00
Utility Bills about 300.00
Car insurance is 75.00
Groceries 100 weekly
Now I applied for food stamps and got denied said I made to much money.
So groceries are completely outrageous in price since everything is going up.
I feel like I'm in a losing battle with life expenses right now. I was trying to pay off debt little by little while my husband was working to raise our credit scores more so we can look into buying a house but now I have nothing left for money at the end of the month. I'm already playing russian roulette with utility bills and food every week.
