I need the same thing. I got an exam at Walmart and glasses and my vision is blurry through the glasses and they wouldn't even fix them without paying again.
It all depends on where you live. The larger cities have access to more resources and are able to offer aid with dental expenses and eye care. You just have to research what is available near you and contact the agencies.
